I thought about who and where to go and knew I wanted a child to be the recipient.
The kids helped wrap and never once said a word about wanting this or that or wishing these were meant for themselves. I was impressed by the spirit in which this was carried out in our home. We will be able to deliver the gifts to the counselor tomorrow and hope it eases some burden for this family and bring happiness to a little girl who may not otherwise enjoy the small "earthly" possessions that our children take for granted.
Although Mr. Boy wasn't allowed in on the shopping or wrapping portion he does want to wish Papa Trace a Happy Birthday!
Thanks dad for supporting something greater than yourself. Your act of selflessness made an impact on my children and I'm sure they will always remember Papa's 60th Birthday Act of Service... because of it's meaningfulness and involvement on their part.

Nice presentation Stace!! That must have been so fun to have the kids involved, and to actually be aware of what was happening. It's funny that we had similar acts of service without even talking to each other about ideas or what we wanted to do.
You want to marry Target!!! Trace was so glad to see the kids so involved. That was a great idea and you implemented it so well. It looks to me like you must have added some money of your own:)
I miss Target. Those things looked really cute. I'm glad you finally got your computer working.
Brody's cake was beautiful! This year went by fast! My kids can't believe he doesn't walk. I said Milly might beat him in that department, but he beats her in hair.
What exactly was Trace's birthday wish? What a great idea to pay it forward! It looks like the kids had fun at yours and mine favorite store! Does Jamie not have a Target near her? Very sad for her!
